On Friday 31 January,  the UK left the EU and embarked on a transitional period which ends on 31 December 2020.

We have now the opportunity to move away from the EU’s bureaucratic Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and towards a fairer system which rewards our hard-working farmers.

In partnership with Farmers Weekly magazine, Defra has recorded a podcast on funding for farmers.This covers:
